Éxito de la Primera Misión Comercial de Bahamas en la República Dominicana

Las empresas que formaron parte de la delegación bahameña abarcan sectores clave como la construcción de viviendas asequibles y de calidad (ARAWAK Homes), servicios de gestión de proyectos y diseño en varios sectores de la construcción (On Point Bahamas), turismo y comunidad residencial de alto estándar (Jack's Bay), así como el sector de energía, gas y combustibles (Freeport Oil Company Limited - FOCOL).
La misión culminó con una serie de reuniones B2B en las que las empresas bahameñas exploran activamente alianzas comerciales e inversiones en diversos sectores, demostrando un entusiasmo palpable hacia futuras colaboraciones con sus contrapartes dominicanas.
Success of the First Bahamas Trade Mission to the Dominican Republic
The Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Jamaica, in conjunction with the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, reported the resounding success of the First Trade and Investment Mission between the two Caribbean nations. The mission, held in Dominican territory, was attended by three prominent Bahamian businessmen from various economic sectors, such as energy, gas, fuel, construction, tourism, finance and insurance, representing companies affiliated with Sunshine Holdings Bahamas, one of the largest and oldest business groups in the Bahamas.
The opening ceremony took place at PRODOMINICANA's headquarters, with the presence of PRODOMINICANA's Executive Director, Mrs. Biviana Riveiro, and the Dominican Ambassador to Jamaica and the Bahamas, career diplomat Angie Martinez. The delegation of Bahamian businessmen, in their busy agenda, visited various points of the national territory, including Santo Domingo, San Cristobal, San Pedro de Macoris, Punta Cana and Rio San Juan, holding business meetings and strategic meetings.
